Mga rekisitos para sa mga nangangaipo san asistensya:

Sa lado Medical Assistance: Medical Certificate o Medical Abstract, Reseta, Certificate of Indigency asin Valid ID

Sa lado Educational Assistance: Certification hale sa School Registrar, Assessment Form or White Form, Certificate of Indigency asin Valid ID

Sa lado Burial Assistance: Funeral Contract, Certificate of Indigency asin Valid ID

Sa lado kan transportation assistance, kinakaipuhan na may emergency o igua sin imedyetamyente na rason san paglarga pakadto sa sarong lugar.

Kun an maproseso po san assistance an mama, papa, manghod, tiyo, tiya, batit, asawa o siisay man na kapamilya san nangangaipo, paki indicar tabi an ngaran nindo sa Certificate of Indigency.

Para sa mga kahapotan o karagdagang detalye, makihumapot sa MSWD Office o kaya sa Office of the Mayor.

Promoting democratic values in Juban, kickoffs this December

Juban, Sorsogon ---"PROMOTING DEMOCRATIC VALUES IN THE BARANGAYS OF JUBAN" PROJECT will start this December, 2015.

Through the efforts of LGU Juban, in partnership with the Philippine Center for Civic Education and Democracy (PCCED), this project was approved and funded by ZABALKETA, a Spanish NGO and Agencia Española Cooperacion Internacional para el Desarollo (AECID).

To educate and empower all Lupon Members of the 25 barangays in Juban, in accordance to the provisions of Katarungang Pambarangay Law, is the main objective of this two-year project in the municipality of Juban.

This project will help our Lupon Members in an efficient disposition of cases brought to them, and so in the administration of justice and peace in the community.
